Borders be th' space that can exist between th' song viewer an' th' edge o' th' screen, savvy? Changin' borders be a way t' inset th' song viewer t' handle user interface preferences, matey.

Borders

Ye can set th' border o' each edge o' th' song viewer, Arrr! Th' values ye can set fer each edge be:

  • None places nay border between th' virtual sheet o' paper an' th' edge o' th' screen.
  • Statusbar places a 20 pixel gap t' accommodate fer smooth hidin' an' showin' o' th' menubar.
  • Thin provides a 10 pixel border.
  • Medium provides a 32 pixel border.
  • Thick provides a 64 pixel border.
  • Thicker provides a 96 pixel border.
  • Thickest provides a 128 pixel border.

Ye can set these values on th' followin' edges, blimey:

  • Top be th' border t' place on th' topmost edge o' th' screen. Default be statusbar t' easy th' transition o' showin' an' hidin' th' menubar.
  • Bottom be th' border on th' bottom edge o' th' song screen. Default be None.
  • Left be th' border on th' left edge o' th' song screen. Default be None.
  • Right be th' border on th' right edge o' th' song screen. Default be None.

Adjust fer Safe Areas

Ahoy! On th' iPhone X, th' "notch" can cause issues when OnSong be runnin' in landscape mode, ye scallywag. Since OnSong makes use o' th' full screen, part o' th' song content could disappear behind th' notch. This settin's be on by default an' automatically adds a border on th' side o' th' notch t' prevent content from bein' hidden under it. Available on iPhone or iPod Touch devices only.
